Tess put a post up on her blog late Thursday night, the night before the sign-in closed. It doesn't give a reason either, and it doesn't use her name, but I think it's about her. Tess says she sat down that night and told her herself. I'm glad someone did.
No answer from support. She always answered. Usually inside the hour. That's the first time she ever didn't.
